Barcode inventory

Barcode inventory software for everyday stock control.

Keep stock movements connected to the products your team handles. Stoxa brings scanning, quantities and transaction history together, whether you work with single units or full boxes.

Scan with the equipment you use

Use the Stoxa mobile app’s camera to read QR and Code 128 labels, or enter scans from a compatible Bluetooth scanner. Manual entry is available when a label cannot be read. Check your scanner’s input and pairing setup before rolling it out to the whole team.

Review stock before confirming

Build an add-stock or remove-stock trolley, check quantities and confirm the movement. Repeated scans are grouped in the trolley so your team can review the count. Stock history connects the confirmed movement with the user and location.

Count boxes and individual units

A box and a single unit can have separate barcode identities. Stoxa uses the product’s units-per-box value to keep the quantities connected. For example, two boxes containing ten units each plus three loose units represent 23 units of stock.

Create labels for your own stock

Generate QR or Code 128 labels from stored stock identities and prepare printable label sheets. This is useful when incoming products need internal labels or your team needs to identify a particular batch. Print a sample and check it with your intended scanner before labelling a full delivery.

Getting started

  1. Create or import your product catalogue and set units per box.
  2. Set up the product or batch barcode and select the stock location.
  3. Scan items into a trolley, review quantities and confirm stock in or out.

Common questions

Do I need a separate barcode scanner?

No. The mobile app supports camera scanning. A compatible Bluetooth scanner is another option for teams that prefer a dedicated device.

Can I scan boxes as well as single items?

Yes. Stoxa connects box and unit quantities using the units-per-box value on the product. Check that the label you scan represents the quantity you intend to move.

Is barcode scanning included in the Free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes barcode scanning and batch tracking, with 100 tracked items, one user, two locations and 30 days of transaction history.
